Certified and NYS licensed dietician-nutritionist and mind-body medicine practitioner based in Astoria, serving Queens and the New York City metro area.

At the heart of Functional Nourishment is my belief that true nourishment extends beyond food. It includes how we care for ourselves, how we respond to the demands of daily life, and how connected we feel to our bodies and ourselves. This perspective guides my work as a nutritionist, educator, writer, and meditation and sound bath facilitator.
I hold a master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and am a board-certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), licensed dietitian-nutritionist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). My training in functional nutrition and specialization in herbal medicine ground my clinical work in science and an understanding of the connections among the body’s systems. My additional training in Reiki, sound healing, and yoga deepens my appreciation for the relationship between mind, body, and spirit and informs the multi-dimensional approach I bring to my work.
In our work together, I make space for your story. We explore your eating patterns, daily routines, relationship with food, and the factors that make caring for your health easier or more challenging. My role is to help you make sense of those connections, translate nutrition science into everyday choices, and build confidence in caring for yourself.
I am particularly drawn to the relationship between nutrition and emotional well-being. Stress can influence how we eat, how we feel, and how we follow through on intentions. Mind–body practices offer opportunities to pause, notice those patterns, and reconnect with ourselves. Alongside nutrition counseling, I facilitate meditation, breathwork, and sound bath experiences that create space for rest, reflection, and connection.
My work also extends into corporate wellness, nutrition and culinary education, wellness workshops and retreats, and writing. Across these settings, I aim to make health education accessible, meaningful, and practical, helping people better understand themselves and discover what nourishes them.
